Upon accidentally leaving important documents behind, the staff went above and beyond to promptly return them to me, showcasing their exceptional customer service. the terrace was a delightful oasis, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail with stunning views. the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch for unwinding after a busy day exploring. the proximity to a variety of fantastic dining options such as the Brasserie, Porto Restaurant, and the Arts Bar & Grill made dining out a breeze.
